- How often do you send parcels?
Parcels that have been paid for and are ready for shipment are dispatched according to a schedule depending on the tariff and country of delivery. You can view the current dispatch schedule in the calculator or on the help page for a specific tariff.
- How to calculate the final shipping cost?You can calculate the cost of delivery on our website using the calculator by filling out all the fields provided. To calculate the cost of delivery, you need to indicate the weight of the parcel, the city of delivery, as well as the index of the pickup point from where you will pick up the parcel and the dimensions of the parcel. We also recommend indicating the cost of goods in the parcel to find out the amount of insurance. If you do not enter all the data into the calculator, it will show an approximate price, which in most cases coincides with the final price.
- Conditions for cancelingЕсли мероприятие отменено организатором, полная сумма вернется на карту в течении 3х дней. Если участник хочет отменить регистрацию меньше чем за месяц, 30% от суммы не возвращается. Мы делаем это потому, что эта часьб суммы идет на заказ и подготовку оборудования для каждого участника.
- Can I pay for my order in the USA as before and send it to the PARCELFLOW warehouse?
Due to sanctions, cards from Russian banks do not work in foreign stores.
If you have a foreign bank card, you can pay for your purchase in the USA as before and send it to our warehouse. We will be very happy about this.
If you do not have a foreign bank card, PARCELFLOW buyers will buy goods from US stores for you.
The cost of the service is 10% of the cost of goods from one store, but not less than $10. We also have a service for purchasing from fancy stores (such as Levi's or Joesnewbalanceoutlet).
- Tell us about the ruble to dollar conversion rate?
This is our internal rate, it consists of the current rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation and a percentage on the costs of subsequent international transfers.
The internal rate may change depending on the situation. You can check the current rate on the day of replenishment in your personal account, in the balance replenishment section, by entering the amount you need and going to the payment form.
- Can you pay for my subscription (Apple ID, Spotify, etc.)?No. We do not provide such services.
- My order hasn't been picked up for about eight hours, what's wrong?
PARCELFLOW buyers need from 2 to 48 hours to process orders, sometimes longer, depending on the total number of orders, the redemption store and promotions taking place at that moment.
Due to the fact that most clients do not have the opportunity to make independent purchases in the United States, the burden on buyers has increased significantly. If you want to speed up the process of redeeming your order, indicate in the comments whether you can redeem the order if:
- delivery to the warehouse will be paid,
- the price of the product will change (you can specify the maximum price instead of the current price),
- there will not be multiple positions,
- the promotional code you specified does not work, etc.
- At what rate is money withdrawn from a PARCELFLOW account?
- Withdrawal of funds from the balance is carried out by returning your initial payment.
- When we issue a refund, the money is withdrawn at the same rate at which you entered it into the service.
- If you withdraw money accumulated through the affiliate program, the withdrawal occurs at the Central Bank exchange rate on the day of withdrawal.
- We reserve the right to withdraw money at the current rate if the difference between the input and output rates is more than 10 rubles or in force majeure circumstances.
- We kindly ask you to withdraw money through a withdrawal request in your personal account, and not by opening a dispute with the bank. If you open a dispute, the funds in your account will be frozen, and we also reserve the right to refuse to provide you with services in the future.
- Why is it possible to send this or that product from another mail forwarder, but not from you?Our task is to deliver goods to our customers as quickly and safely as possible. Therefore, we do not send goods to the Russian Federation that may be detained by customs due to sanctions. For more information about what goods we do not deliver and what restrictions on the value of goods currently exist, see here. We also do not recommend understating the value of goods according to declarations. If the parcel gets subjected to customs inspection, the entire batch will be detained. This will cause problems not only for you, but also for hundreds of other customers. This may also entail financial costs that the owner of the parcel will need to pay.
