What happens with the purchase - all the way

You pay for the order and the store sends tracking - you can track how the purchase travels to the warehouse. As soon as the Delivered stamp appeared, she arrived at the warehouse.

The person on address accepts the purchase: scans the barcode, weighs it and contacts the owner. The purchase appears in your personal account in a bot with a photo. Then the purchase is taken to the shelf, where it will remain until you tell it to be sent.

Acceptance of purchases

When you tell us to send, an employee will collect all the necessary purchases using barcodes and take them to the packers. They will throw away the excess, repackage it and finally weigh everything.

As soon as you pay for delivery, we take all the parcels from the address and form a batch: we put it on a strong pallet and wrap it tightly with film.

Passing customs

Simplest. Parcels arrive at the Russian Post warehouse in Berlin. The post office prepares documents for transporting cargo through the territory of the European Union. Afterwards, the post office transports the consignment by car through Belarus and Lithuania to Moscow. There's a postal customs office there.

Dispatch: our routes

Our partner picks up the cargo at the airport, takes it to its warehouse and prepares transit documents for EU customs. From customs the party travels by car to the border with Russia. There the cargo is transferred to another vehicle and taken to the customs post in Moscow.
